About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed mobile patrol driver to serve and safeguard clients at a healthcare location in South San Francisco, California. The role involves patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and professional communication. Driving duties require a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal policy. The position pays $29.00 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, identifying and reporting unusual activity or potential security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and first responders, supporting a welcoming environment while following applicable healthcare privacy requirements.
