Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Guard and Patrol Driver in Eastvale, California, serving a logistics and distribution location. The role involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and providing customer service and clear communication. Because this is a driving position, a valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $19.73 per hour. Applicants must meet the stated age and education requirements and are subject to background investigation and, where permitted by law, drug screening. Applicable licensing requirements may apply.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of loading docks, warehouse areas, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting relevant information as required.
- Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
