About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver to serve and safeguard clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Plano, Texas. The role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, managing access control, and providing customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license.

The posted schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The position offers access to a shift-claiming platform, paid training, career growth opportunities, a retirement savings plan, and discounts through the Perks Program.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license, required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy for this driving position.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, identifying and reporting unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assist with authorized entry, and direct individuals to appropriate resources.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and promptly.
