About The Position

As a part-time unarmed mobile patrol driver at a commercial real estate location in Atlanta, Georgia, you will help safeguard tenants, visitors, vendors, staff, and the property. The role combines customer service with routine vehicle and foot patrols, visible deterrence, access monitoring, incident response, and reporting. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. The pay rate is $15.40 per hour. Applicants must have at least five years of security-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet the applicable age and employment-screening requirements.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least five years of security-related experience is required.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in clear, timely reports.
Communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
