About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Vehicle Patrol Security Officer. The officer patrols assigned areas in a company vehicle, maintains a visible security presence, and helps create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The role is suited to individuals who enjoy active work, independence, and providing customer service.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed positions.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; alternatively, five years of verifiable work experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle, as driving is a regular part of the position.
Must successfully complete a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Must successfully complete a drug screening, where permitted by law.
Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and remain professional in a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine vehicle patrols of assigned properties, parking lots, and building exteriors.
Monitor for safety hazards, suspicious activity, and security concerns.
Respond to incidents professionally and follow established site procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
Communicate effectively with site personnel and fellow security professionals.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation.
Help maintain a safe and secure atmosphere throughout the assigned property.
