About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer to serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution in Coppell, Texas. The role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and clear communication. Officers help support a welcoming environment and respond to security-related needs professionally and with integrity.

The position is scheduled Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Employees may use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking facilities, and the business perimeter; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor site access, verify visitor credentials according to site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Observe activity, report policy violations or maintenance concerns, and follow Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
