About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed patrol Security Guard for a commercial real estate location in Bristow, Virginia. The role involves routine patrols, monitoring assigned areas, supporting access control, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The officer provides customer service and clear communication to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff, and helps maintain a welcoming environment.

The position is scheduled Fridays and Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $23.36 per hour. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations, potentially before employment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating information through established channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site-specific requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and promptly in required reports and logs.
