About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Security Guard at a financial institution in Phoenix, Arizona, you will help safeguard the client by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting access control, and providing customer service and clear communication. The role includes daytime scheduling listed as Friday and Saturday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. You will respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations; document observations and actions; patrol the business, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter; monitor access points and visitor activity; and communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as appropriate.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, and document observations and actions according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and potential security issues.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with entry procedures, and direct guests as needed.
Maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as appropriate.
