About The Position

As a Security Guard Patrol-Driving in Fort Collins, Colorado, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. This part-time, unarmed driving position involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and help support a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, care, teamwork, and integrity. The role pays $24.75 per hour. The listed schedule is Friday and Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
