About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Guard in Houston, Texas. The role involves observing security systems and identifying potential threats before they escalate in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position offers a set schedule with two schedule options: Saturday–Sunday 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and Monday–Tuesday 11 p.m.–6 a.m.; or Saturday–Sunday 6 p.m.–6 a.m. and Wednesday–Thursday 11 p.m.–6 a.m. The hourly wage is $16.00. DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. A uniform is provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States.
Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
Strong report-writing skills.
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
Strong proficiency with technology.
A state license if required.
