About The Position

Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Security Associate, helping ensure the safety and security of resort guests and team members. The role supports a safe and enjoyable environment by responding to emergencies, patrolling and inspecting the property, managing communications and alarm systems, maintaining life-safety equipment, documenting deficiencies, and investigating incidents. The position also involves providing basic first aid and CPR and carrying out reasonable management requests.

Requirements

• Ability to patrol the property for 8–9 hours at a time.
• Ability to work various shifts throughout the week.
• Previous experience in a customer-service security position.
• Previous computer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills for preparing incident reports.
• Must acquire an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) credential upon hire.
• Non-Gaming Sheriff's card required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies, including fires, safety hazards, and threats to life or property.
• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the property to identify potential safety or security risks and undesirable conditions.
• Oversee communications and alarm systems and coordinate maintenance of new and existing life-safety equipment.
• Conduct periodic and random inspections of buildings and grounds to protect property from theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
• Maintain inspection reports and records, advise management of deficiencies, and identify remedial or disciplinary efforts needed to address them.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and fire hazards, and prepare complete reports with statements from involved parties and witnesses.
• Provide basic first aid and CPR as needed.
• Carry out reasonable management requests.
