As a Level 1 iSOC Coordinator, you help maintain the safety and security of Interface customers by performing scheduled virtual security checks and tours using two-way audio and video surveillance systems installed at customer locations. You also help protect customers during business openings and closings and serve as a primary contact for inbound inquiries from customers, employees, and vendors, addressing security concerns and system-related questions. The role offers a foundation for growth through the iSOC Coordinator levels in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This part-time position is on-site in an office. Work is scheduled between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., based on labor demands. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, excluding applicable shift differentials. The Interactive Security Operations Center operates 24/7. Evening hours worked between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. receive a $0.50-per-hour differential; overnight hours between 9:01 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. receive a $1.00-per-hour differential; and Saturday or Sunday hours receive a $1.00-per-hour differential. Eligible coordinators may participate in the monthly performance bonus program after 90 days of successful active employment, with awards up to $100 per month. Newly hired St. Louis iSOC employees are eligible for a $500 hiring bonus, paid in installments after 90 days and six months of employment, subject to being actively employed on each payout date. Training begins with a biweekly Day 1 Orientation Class. Favorable pre-employment drug screening and background check results are required. The iSOC Coordinator role has three responsibility levels: Level 1 – Security, Level 2 – Life Safety, and Level 3 – Interactive. Each level builds on the previous one, with increasing complexity and authority in managing customer safety, alarm verification, and live interaction with monitored sites. All full-time coordinators begin security training with the TMA (The Monitoring Association) Operator course. Interface learning courses may be necessary when pursuing further certifications. Employees must comply with the Interface Employee Handbook and Employee Safety Manual. Coordinators work in a state-of-the-art security monitoring operations center equipped with video surveillance, two-way audio communication systems, alarm monitoring software, customized automation solutions, proprietary software integrations, and workstations designed for video monitoring. Operators are trained to handle multiple security events simultaneously.
