About The Position

GardaWorld is hiring a Security Account Manager to oversee security operations for an established client in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the safety and security of the client, employees, customers, and property. The role requires availability outside standard working hours, including evenings and weekends, and involves working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have two years of management experience; security industry experience is preferred.
• Remain composed and professional in high-pressure environments.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear, concise reports.
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to retail security and loss prevention.
• Be able to evaluate and respond to potential threats with sound judgment.
• Work effectively with diverse individuals, including under stress or conflicting conditions.
• Prepare professional written and verbal reports, conclusions, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations for the client.
• Develop, supervise, and maintain site-specific security plans and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of security programs and procedures for the client.
• Train security personnel and applicable client staff on site-specific security procedures.
• Partner with client leadership to identify security needs and maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Coordinate with local municipal police regarding security procedures at each site.
• Conduct security violation investigations; report findings, resolutions, and recommendations.
• Immediately notify the owner of serious incidents.
• Maintain security records.
• Provide monthly reports on security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
