About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at its East Coast Fulfillment Center in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. The role works Tuesday through Friday from 4 PM to 2 AM in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse with a safety-first culture. Starting pay is $21.45 per hour, with a listed pay range of $21.45 to $23.20 per hour and shift premiums up to $0.75 per hour. Seasonal team members may earn up to $750 in incentives, including new-hire and reliability incentives. Hands-on training and career development are offered.

Experience operating a forklift, order picker, or other Power Industrial Trucks (PIT).

Responsibilities

Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders.
Rotate through tasks within the department as needed.
Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required.
Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues.
Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
