About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at its East Coast Fulfillment Center in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. The role supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment with a safety-first culture. Team members receive hands-on training and may rotate through tasks within their department. The posted schedule is Saturday through Monday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a shift premium of up to $2 per hour. Starting pay is $21.45 per hour, with a posted pay range of $21.45 to $23.20 per hour. Seasonal team members may earn up to $750 in incentives, including new-hire and reliability incentives; full details are provided after hiring. The position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders.
Rotate through tasks within the department as needed.
Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required.
Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues.
