About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate at its East Coast Fulfillment Center in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. This fast-paced warehouse role supports order fulfillment in a climate-controlled environment with a safety-first culture. Team members receive hands-on training and may rotate through tasks within their department. The position pays $21.45 per hour, with a stated pay range of $21.45–$23.20 per hour and shift premiums of up to $3 per hour. Seasonal team members may earn up to $750 in incentives, including a new-hire incentive and a reliability incentive for strong attendance. The available schedule is Saturday through Monday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with a $3-per-hour shift premium.

Responsibilities

Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders.
Rotate through tasks within the department as needed.
Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required.
Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues.
