About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at its East Coast Fulfillment Center in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. The role involves auditing, receiving, processing, packing, handling returns, and shipping orders in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse. Team members receive hands-on training and may rotate among department tasks as needed. Responsibilities

• Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders.
• Rotate through tasks within the assigned department as needed.
• Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
