Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Earn up to $750 Bonus - Saturday - Monday (6am-6pm)
About The Position
The Seasonal Warehouse Associate works at Nordstrom’s East Coast Fulfillment Center in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. This fast-paced role supports warehouse order fulfillment in a climate-controlled, safety-focused environment. Associates receive hands-on training and may rotate through tasks within their department, including auditing, receiving, processing, packing, handling returns, and shipping orders. The role includes completing shipping and receiving documentation, following standard operating procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and using available resources to resolve order or inventory issues. The scheduled shift is Saturday through Monday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Starting pay is $21.45 per hour, with a stated pay range of $21.45 to $23.20 per hour and shift premiums up to $2 per hour. Seasonal team members may earn up to $750 in incentives, including new-hire and reliability incentives.
Requirements
- Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50-pound boxes without difficulty.

Responsibilities
- Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders.
- Rotate through tasks within the department as needed.
- Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
