Seasonal Warehouse Associate - Earn up to $750 Bonus - Tuesday - Friday (4pm-2am)
About The Position
The Seasonal Warehouse Associate works at Nordstrom’s East Coast Fulfillment Center in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. This fast-paced position is in a climate-controlled warehouse with a safety-first culture. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with a $0.75-per-hour shift premium. Starting pay is $21.45 per hour, and the stated pay range is $21.45 to $23.20 per hour. Seasonal employees may earn up to $750 in incentives, including new-hire and reliability incentives; full details are provided after hiring. The role includes hands-on training and opportunities for career development. Requirements
- Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50-pound boxes without difficulty.

Responsibilities
- Accurately audit, receive, process, pack, handle returns, and ship orders.
- Rotate through tasks within the department as needed.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use available resources to resolve order or inventory issues.
