About The Position

The Seasonal Task Associate supports operational excellence and sales by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, with a focus on operational performance, people, processes, and compliance. Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures are required. The associate helps ensure merchandise is available for purchase and operational processes are completed on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory counts, and procedures. The role also supports an inclusive environment, participates in ongoing training, follows company policies and dress code, maintains assigned work areas and store standards, and protects company assets while providing exceptional guest service.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Proficiency with basic technology, such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including continuous mobility and coordination, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting, and lifting, carrying, or moving up to 25 lbs. continuously and/or frequently during a shift.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma.
One year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Help meet or exceed store retail goals by completing tasks as planned and ensuring product is available for purchase.
Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard.
Complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory counts, and procedures.
Maintain prompt and regular attendance.
Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
Maintain store standards and cleanliness in the salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing exceptional guest service.
Complete other operational tasks as directed.
