About The Position

The Seasonal Task Associate supports operational excellence and sales by keeping merchandise available, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through attention to operational performance, teamwork, and compliance with procedures. It requires attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures. The associate executes shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory counts, and other operational procedures. They maintain assigned areas so they are replenished, signed, and faced, ensure testers are available, uphold store standards and cleanliness, protect company assets, and provide guest service. The associate also participates in ongoing training and supports an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.

Requirements

High school diploma preferred.
One year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
Proficiency with basic technology, such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to problem solve.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and handling or moving items up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by completing tasks as planned and ensuring products are available for purchase.
Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory counts, and procedures.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
Participate regularly in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, standards, and dress code.
Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
Maintain store standards and cleanliness in the salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
Complete other operational tasks as directed.
