Seasonal Task Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Task Associate is responsible for operational excellence in support of store sales and an exceptional guest experience. The role keeps fixtures stocked, maintains store cleanliness, and completes assigned tasks, supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through attention to performance, people, and process. The associate must pay close attention to detail and follow established processes and procedures. The associate completes shipment and replenishment work, merchandise sets and resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory counts and procedures, and other operational tasks. They maintain assigned areas so merchandise is replenished, signed, and faced, ensure testers are available, uphold store standards and cleanliness, follow company policies and dress code, and protect company assets through loss-prevention practices and guest service. The role also involves attendance, participation in ongoing training, and contributing to an inclusive environment. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. Work involves continuous mobility and coordination throughout the store, frequent standing and bending, and lifting, carrying, or moving up to 25 pounds. Requirements
- Proficiency with basic technology, such as a Point of Sale system and Apple devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed as planned and products are available for purchase.
- Meet compliance and execution goals related to the task dashboard and complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, inventory counts, and procedures.
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates, peers, and internal and external guests.
- Participate regularly in ongoing training, including brand and category education.
- Know and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Adhere to the company dress code.
- Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and shipment processing using company technology and best practices.
- Keep assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness in the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
- Protect company assets by following loss-prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
- Execute other operational tasks as directed.
