About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with a dynamic store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods and includes customer assistance, maintaining store presentation, bagging purchases, following store policies and management directives, and completing other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
