About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a seasonal Stock Associate to support the Burlington Mall store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods. The role involves basic customer service, helping maintain the store’s appearance and visual presentation, assisting at the register, and following store policies and management directives. The associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
