About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environment. You will work with store leadership and regional merchandising partners to implement merchandising and visual strategies that support sales, brand consistency, and the customer experience.

Requirements

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to use creative problem-solving to reach solutions that benefit the brand and customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational skills, and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience, specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to uphold visual standards throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, with a focus on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and expand or condense the sale section as needed.
