About The Position

As a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser, you will help drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environment. You will lead merchandising tasks for the store team, execute merchandising directives with store leadership and regional merchandise leaders, and maintain visual standards that support sales, brand consistency, and the customer experience. The role requires working at least 15 hours per week in the store.

• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store and lead merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to uphold visual standards throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as needed.
