About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal, part-time Stock Keyholder to support the Levi’s store at MarketStreet Lynnfield during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, this role supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. The position helps maintain the store’s appearance and visual presentation through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping, assists with bagging purchases at the register, and follows company and management policies and directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

The role requires a flexible schedule that includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, such as Black Friday. The employee must be able to perform the listed physical activities and lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and must have reliable transportation and be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Help bag customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
