Part Time Key Holder - Levi's®, Levi's Outlet; Asheville, NC
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Key Holder for its Levi's Outlet store in Asheville, North Carolina. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder supports the leadership team and models and coaches an excellent customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role calls for someone who is consumer-focused, proactive, open-minded, and committed to Levi Strauss & Co.'s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. The Key Holder supports sales growth, coaches team members in selling behaviors, assists with getting products to the sales floor and visual merchandising, and helps create a positive and engaging shopping experience. The role requires compliance with store policies and management directives, the ability to meet sales and performance goals, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform the physical tasks described below.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
- Must comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
- Must consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach an excellent consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
- Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
- Help train the team and model Levi Strauss & Co. selling behaviors.
- Assist with getting products to the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
- Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and drive key initiatives.
- Follow store policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
- Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Assist store management with training and coaching staff to deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
