About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time Key Holder for its Levi's Outlet in Asheville, North Carolina. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder is consumer-centric, open-minded, and proactive, and models and coaches an excellent customer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role supports the leadership team by helping maximize sales, training team members and modeling selling behaviors, maintaining operational excellence and visual merchandising, and helping deliver a positive, engaging shopping experience.

The successful candidate shares Levi Strauss & Co.'s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. They follow store policies and management directives, meet or exceed sales and performance goals, and help train and coach staff in the company's selling practices and customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Must consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach a strong consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Help train the team and model selling behaviors and LS&CO selling practices.
• Support product placement on the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and support key initiatives.
• Assist store management with training and coaching store staff to deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
• Comply with store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
