About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a member of the Sales Team, you will provide valued customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. The role is suited to someone who enjoys helping customers mark special moments and building lasting personal relationships.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
