About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants provide valued customers with a superior experience, helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. The role involves understanding customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities
