About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role supports store productivity during peak periods, assists customers, helps maintain the store’s appearance, bags purchases, and follows store policies and management directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
