About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist who is customer-service oriented and passionate about people. The Retail Stylist serves as a brand ambassador and product expert, educating and informing customers and helping them find outfits for any occasion. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, supporting sales, maintaining the sales floor, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

• Frequently lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds; bending, stooping, and kneeling are also required frequently.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including regularly talking or hearing; frequently using hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and occasionally standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a strong customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele of current promotions and merchandise that may be of future interest.
• Respond to customers’ questions.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
