About The Position
As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will support the selling team and enhance the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will help provide exceptional customer service and may work in different areas of the store according to business needs. The role includes welcoming clients, supporting sales and store services, processing transactions, and collaborating with operations and management teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
- Work in different areas of the store based on business needs.
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently as needed.
- Handle escalated issues graciously by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
- Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, as well as online alterations and alteration pickups, in partnership with the Operations team and managers on duty.
- Partner with colleagues to support fitting room experiences when needed.
- Enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, package carry-out, and delivery.
