About The Position

As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will support the selling team in enhancing the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will help create exceptional customer experiences through a people-first approach and service tailored to client needs. The role serves different areas of the store based on business needs and supports sales, store operations, and customer requests.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s), with a proven ability to sell products and services.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, then connect them with an appropriate associate based on their service needs.
Work in different areas of the store according to business needs.
Process Point of Sale transactions as needed.
Handle escalated issues graciously and efficiently by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations (online and pickups), in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on Duty.
Support fitting room experiences when needed.
Enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, package carry-out, or delivery.
