About The Position

Hopdoddy is hiring Hospitality Team Members, including Servers, Hosts/Hostesses, and Food Runners, to provide welcoming, energetic, and authentic service. Team members help create memorable guest experiences by greeting guests, recommending food and drinks, delivering food, and ensuring each interaction reflects genuine hospitality. This is an opportunity to work as part of a restaurant team in a fun environment, with opportunities to grow and advance through the Lead Manager program.

Hopdoddy operates more than 40 locations across Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Tennessee. The company describes its culture as taking service seriously while celebrating team members’ individuality. Applicants must have at least four days of availability if seeking full-time work. Benefits eligibility requires averaging 30 hours per week or 130 hours per month for 12 months.

Requirements

• Have an active Food Handler Card and Alcohol Safety Certification.
• Demonstrate good math and communication skills.
• Be able to lift 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Be able to stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday.
• Have at least four days of availability if seeking full-time work.
