About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building relationships, helping customers select merchandise, recommending products, and processing transactions. The role supports sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet objectives. The associate helps create a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Use suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Build customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and feedback to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate customer information.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Support store operations, including fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
