About The Position

The Selling Flex Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role supports sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. It also helps create a friendly store environment that promotes customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

• Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Build customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through recovery and stock replenishment.
• Use training tools and resources, respond to feedback, and build product knowledge and selling skills; stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
• Support store operations, including fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
