About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate is the face of the GARAGE brand and focuses on creating an elevated shopping experience. This includes styling customers, building connections, and creating an energetic in-store environment that makes shoppers feel part of the Garage community and encourages lasting relationships with the brand. The role also supports the daily operation of the store and upholds brand and visual standards. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Passion for fashion and a fearless sense of style.
• People-first attitude and enjoyment of connecting with and encouraging others.
• Energy and ability to work quickly while staying attentive.
• Ability to work as part of a team while bringing individual initiative.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Retail or sales experience; it is not required.
• Social media skills and an eye for maintaining a strong aesthetic.
