About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help keep merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor, collaborate with your team to deliver personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting store environment. You use available technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. This is a regular part-time position at the Willow Grove Park Mall store in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
