About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring management team members for its Willow Grove Park store in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. Management team members oversee daily store operations, lead and develop employees, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The position supports store sales and profitability, operational excellence, financial performance, local marketing, community engagement, and ongoing improvement. Duties may include additional tasks and projects as required. The role is in a moderately noisy retail setting and involves flexible availability for store opening and closing hours, including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Assistant Store Managers work a minimum standard five-day week, averaging 44 hours and potentially more during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available at least five days per week and work a minimum standard 30-hour week. Reliable transportation is required, and employees may be asked to move to other company locations based on operational needs and career growth.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
For Assistant Store Managers: open availability during hours needed to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; a minimum standard work week of five days; and an average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak periods.
For Supervisors: availability during hours needed to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; availability at least five days per week; and a minimum standard 30-hour work week.
All management employees must be available on weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff effectively; ability to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics to understand corporate sales reports.
May need to relocate to different company locations based on operational needs and career growth.
High school diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical ability to stand for approximately five to 14 hours per day; during peak sales periods, work for extended periods within a one- to 12-hour day; stoop, kneel, reach, and pull; climb ladders or use stairs; and regularly lift items weighing 5–25 pounds, with heavier weights possible in certain circumstances.
Good vision, including the ability to differentiate colors.

Responsibilities
