About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create welcoming, memorable experiences for families visiting a Santa photo set. The associate greets families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides holiday souvenirs while delivering warm, attentive guest service. The role supports smooth photo operations, uses point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, and helps maintain a safe, clean environment. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal, with opportunities to return in future holiday seasons and explore other growth opportunities where available.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
- Professional attire and good hygiene.
- Availability for training meetings and required courses.
- Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
- Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
- Operate a point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
