About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate, also called a Brick Specialist, joins the LEGO Brand Retail team to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans in an interactive store environment. The role focuses on welcoming guests, completing register transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and visual displays, and supporting stockroom operations. Tasks are assigned by the floor leader on duty. This is a seasonal, part-time position, with the potential to become a regular role for excellent performers.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Be able to process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Be available to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Be able to freely access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Be able to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• Be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Have the vision abilities needed for close vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Perform all cash register functions and process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment.
• Maintain store displays and learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
