Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) provides a signature guest experience in a LEGO store through greeting guests, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner. The role also supports store presentation and safety by cleaning, maintaining displays, following LEGO Brand Retail visual standards, and safely managing stockroom activities. Associates help resolve customer issues, report challenging situations to a manager, engage customers, use promotional materials and loyalty programs, and typically handle assigned store operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a signature experience in the store.
- Perform all cash register functions while maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays and a clean, safe, visually stimulating environment.
- Learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Perform assigned store operational tasks.
