About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior shopping experience and help them celebrate life's special moments. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant builds relationships with customers, understands their needs and desires, presents merchandise, explains product features and benefits, shares information about extended service plans and financing options, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role offers training, career development, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
