About The Position

Zales is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position is offered in seasonal, part-time, and full-time arrangements.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
