Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) helps create a signature experience for guests visiting LEGO stores. The role includes greeting guests, operating the cash register, providing friendly and professional service, maintaining a clean and visually stimulating store, and supporting store operations and stockroom activities. Associates resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager. The position pays $17.25–$18.75 per hour. The role is seasonal. Candidates offered positions involving high engagement with children must complete Child Safeguarding Background Screening as a condition of the offer.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
- Perform all cash register functions.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate the stockroom.
- Maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards and follow safety regulations.
- Notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Typically take responsibility for store operational tasks while on duty.
