About The Position

This is a 120-day seasonal assignment. The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining customer service according to company standards and supporting sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point-of-sale operations, freight processing, and loss prevention in accordance with company policies and store standards. The role includes assisting customers, maintaining product and promotion knowledge, supporting store presentation and cleanliness, and helping other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiarity with operating a computer system and email.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain constant radio communication with associates.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products sold by Coastal Farm and awareness of product information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning, including vacuuming, replacing full trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support sales, signing, pricing, point-of-sale operations, freight processing, and loss prevention in accordance with company policies and store standards.
