About The Position

This is a 120-day seasonal assignment. The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining customer service according to company standards and supporting sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point-of-sale operations, freight processing, and loss prevention in accordance with company policies and store standards.

Requirements

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiarity with operating a computer system and email.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain constant radio communication with all associates.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of products sold by Coastal Farm.
• Stay aware of product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning, including vacuuming, replacing full trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
