About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate promotes the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing an interest in fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and contributing to sales and customer loyalty. Associates also support store operations and maintain a positive, professional environment with the team.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
